Stalwart. Direct. Fresh Air Fanatic.

Joshua leads our Kelowna office. Raised in Ontario but born on Vancouver Island, he graduated from Dalhousie with a bachelor of environmental design (with distinction) and a master of architecture (RAIC Hons.), making his way back to the West coast right after graduation and promptly launching his architectural career. An ardent believer in carrying conceptual ideas through the entire design process, Joshua uses his varied experience with interiors and architectural projects to deftly stickhandle every project omb sends his way.

Inspired by the inventiveness and bold design of Dutch architecture, Joshua finds his curiosity leads him to discover what lies behind the exterior of great architecture. When he extricates himself from his explorations, he is a man of fresh air and spends his free time on bikes and boards in the mountains and ocean of our backyard. Joshua’s first project at omb was to design the new studio space, for which he inspired much admiration for his pluck. Though in his own words “working on the new omb office will either be my legacy project or forever haunt me” –So far so good!
