The Prince George Technical Education Centre was designed in tandem with the Quesnel Project with a similar program and is also targeting LEED® Gold certification. Both projects take advantage of solar orientation with central atria arranging workshop spaces on the north and classroom and staff areas overlooking a new campus garden in Prince George and the Fraser river in Quesnel. Just like in Quesnel, this project involved full service design, including integrated architecture and interior design, graphics and wayfinding.
This project was completed by omb's predecessor firm McFarlane | Green | Biggar Architecture + Design.
