omb provided full-service Interior Design services for 2 Burrard Place, a luxury development located in downtown Vancouver. The building is the third and final tower in the Burrard Place Development. With the overarching goal to bring sophisticated design and luxury amenities to the downtown beach district, the interior scope for this project includes 35 storeys of residential market and rental units, amenity areas and a private residential lobby space. omb’s approach was to build on the synergies established in their previous interiors work on One Burrard Place, by using clean lines and natural, timeless materials. Each unique unit type is an elegant backdrop for future owners to add layers to make the home authentically theirs. Through a rigorous collaboration with the base building architects, special attention was taken to develop an integrated relationship between the interior design, architecture and surrounding community.
